| Timothy P. Sullivan joined PFM Asset Management LLC (PFM) as a Managing Director in 2004, following the acquisition of the cash management business of Cadre Financial Services, Inc. At PFM, Mr. Sullivan is responsible for investment advisory services in the Midwest including the overall management of several Midwest local government investment pools. In this capacity, he is directly responsible for the various Board of Trustees relationships and overall client activities. Prior to joining PFM, Timothy was a First Vice President at Cadre where his responsibilities included the management of nine local government investment pool programs with over $6 billion in assets. He headed up the firm's fixed income sales operations and managed over $4 billion in bond proceeds. Timothy was the National Sales Manager responsible for all revenue from Cadre's various product lines. This was accomplished through the management of both internal and external sales teams. He attended Villanova University where he received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees. He holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) Series 6, 7, 26 and 63 licenses. |

Joan Evans joined the PFM Cheyenne, Wyoming office as a senior marketing representative in February 2020. PFM is the investment adviser and administrator for the Wyoming Government Investment Fund and Joan works with eligible Wyoming political entities to promote participation in the Wyoming Government Investment Fund. Joan previously served as Vice President of Wyoming Public Finance with George K. Baum & Company since 2015 and most recently in the Stifel Wyoming Office. Prior to her work in Wyoming Public Finance, she served as the director of the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services from 2007 to July, 2015. As head of Workforce Services, she steered the department in developing a demand-driven workforce, responsive to private-sector worker and employer needs. In 2011, Joan was selected for the prestigious Toll Fellowship Program by the Council of State Governments. She is a member of the University of Wyoming College of Business Advisory Board, Wyoming Business Alliance Steering Committee and has served as an Assistant Lecturer for the University of Wyoming College of Business. Joan attended University of Wyoming where she received her B.S. in Finance and M.A. in Education. She holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Amber Cannegieter | Amber Cannegieter joined PFM in 2013 as a Key Account Manager for PFM’s Client Service Group. As a Key Account Manager, Amber’s primary responsibility is to provide customer service in everyday functions such as onboarding and new client administration and also to serve as a client advocate, providing a “high touch, high value” experience, to address client needs. Prior to PFM, Ms. Cannegieter most recently worked for Turner Investments, L.P. as a Director of Strategic Relationships within their Private Wealth Group. Amber was responsible for building relationships with key decision makers among wealth management firms to generate, pursue, and win business opportunities. Additionally, Amber met with current and prospective clients to introduce investment products and to review investment performance. Prior to her six years at Turner, Amber served as a Client Relationship Associate for the Vanguard Group. Amber has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Pennsylvania State University and is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) registered representative holding Series 6, 7 and 63 licenses. |
